New goods may be returned whether they have a defect or not, and exchange requests are accepted. Contact us within 30 calendar days following delivery. For a non-defective return such as a preference change or an option selected in error, the product must remain new, unused and in original condition. Damage, defects, shortages, incorrect items and material description differences can also be reported, and non-excludable legal rights remain available.
Approval and return shipping
Send the order number, checkout email and explanation to zahranifill@gmail.com; provide photographs or video for product issues. Obtain approval plus the accurate return address and instructions before mailing the item. The package includes a free prepaid return label for an eligible approved mailed return, and assistance is available if it is missing. No restocking fee is charged. Any exchange is subject to review and stock.
Returning funds
Within 10 days after approval, we process and initiate the refund back to the original payment method. Posting by a bank, card issuer or payment processor can require more time.
